Return, Refund and Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping at www.rayzinternational.net.  As this is a wholesale business only defective items can be returned.

Return of defective items

You have 7 calendar days to return a defective item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.  Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


Pls. be aware that a slight variations in color or fabric in scarves is not considered a defect.  Embroidered handbags  are individually handmade and so slight variations are normal for handmade items.

Shipping Carrier: Fed Ex

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days. An additional charge will apply to your request for expedited or express shipping.

The cost for shipping is based upon total order amount. Use the table below as a quick reference for calculating shipping charge for an order. An additional shipping surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and weight.

Customers buying below the wholesale minimum of $150 will be charged a shipping and handling rate of $18.
